Villas at the Bluff Affordable Housing – Delta, CO

Project Description:  Construction of a 32 unit affordable housing complex. With a higher than normal water table, the challenge was to design and construct foundations correctly. A structural and civil engineer were involved early in the process to ensure verified grades and to make sure final construction elevations allowed handicap accessibility. This was accomplished with an overall height increase of the finished floor elevation of each building with no increased cost to the Owner.
