Montrose County Arena & Event Center – Montrose, CO

Project Description:  A Design/Build Indoor Arena and Events Center, this project consisted of a 93,310 SF pre-engineered steel building.  The building contained four (4) meeting rooms, office pace, future kitchen space and restrooms on both sides of the front entrance and in front of the main arena.  The main arena is 78,750 SF with a 34,320 SF equestrian floor, fixed grandstands with a seating capacity of 1,788 and four (4) concession areas and restrooms.  Overall seating for a concert setting is 6,600 people.  Ridgway Valley self-performed all excavating, site work and installation of utilities
