Montrose Fire Station No. 3 – Montrose, CO

Project Description:  This project was for the Montrose Fire Protection District.  It was a turnkey, 9,178 SF Alliance Building Systems pre-engineered building with high R-Value insulation installed.  All site and concrete work was self-performed by Ridgway Valley.  The station included truck bays, training room, full kitchen, living quarters and administrative offices.

Contract Amount:  $1,247,528
