City Hall (Elks) Restoration/Remodel – Montrose, CO

Project Description:  This project was a large historical restoration and foundation stabilization with a total reconfiguration of the interior.  Window restoration, structural foundation upgrades, interior remodeling and re-roofing of the building encompasses the majority of this project’s scope. Weekly communication with the Owner and the Architect was the key to completing this difficult project on time.
