Montrose County Road & Bridge Facility – Montrose, CO

Project Description: Design-Build of 14 acre site to include excavation, utility installation and erection and completion of 9 (nine) pre-engineered steel buildings. These buildings included an Administration Building, Fleet Building with overhead crane, Crew Building, Large Equipment Storage Sheds, Fueling System with Storage Tanks, Tack Oil Storage Tank and dispensing system; Mag Chloride Storage Tanks with dispensing system; LED lighting and automated controls throughout; and a combination of HVAC RTU’s, radiant tube heat, and used oil heating system with reclaimed oil from the facility.
