Summary/Objective: The Construction Superintendent is the on-site representative at construction sites. The Construction Superintendent coordinates on site construction activities and supervises Ridgway Valley Enterprises, Inc. (“RVE”) personnel. This includes ensuring the project progresses on schedule, verifying materials and equipment are delivered on time, and coordinating the work of the various trades such that workers do not interfere with one another. The Construction Superintendent also works closely with the RVE Project Manager assigned to the project.
Compensation & Benefits: The starting salary for this position will range from $1,440.00 per week to $1,600.00 per week, dependent upon experience and ability. Full time regular employees in this position will qualify to participate in group health, dental, and vision insurance plans. Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the Commercial construction field in a similar or related position.

Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Compensation & Benefits: The minimum starting wage for this position is $32 per hour, dependent upon experience and ability.
