Compensation & Benefits: The wage for this position will range from $20.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour, dependent upon experience and ability. Summary/Objective: The Concrete Superintendent is the on-site representative at concrete construction sites. The Concrete Superintendent coordinates on site construction activities and supervises Ridgway Valley Enterprises, Inc. (“RVE”) personnel. This includes ensuring the project progresses on schedule, verifying materials and equipment are delivered on time, and coordinating the work of the various trades such that workers do not interfere with one another. The Concrete Superintendent also works closely with the RVE Project Manager assigned to the project.
Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Owner/President with general oversight from the Senior Superintendent and/or Chief Financial Officer.
Supervision Exercised: This position has direct supervisory responsibility, and works closely with the Senior Superintendent in determining, allocating, and overseeing the manpower needs of the project including self-perform construction workers and subcontractors.
